We invite you to the event organized by the Lighthouse Digital Innovation Center and the Employment Service about the IT sector specialist market. SIC combines different IT competences and gathers them in one place in Klaipėda. Today, the community of Lighthouse SIC members includes more than 100 IT and technology companies. In cooperation with the Employment Service, SIC aims to attract as many highly qualified specialists as possible to the region of Western Lithuania. To this day, the employment service is surrounded by many myths and little is known in the context of training highly qualified professionals, which we will disprove for you during the event.
